The Project
Nan, Inc. is providing design-assist to an exciting new project in the heart of Honolulu. The Park on Keeaumoku is two-tower condo project featuring 972 residential units. The project is slated to be built on a 3.5 acre site bordered by Keeaumoku Street, Rycroft Street and Liona Street (near Walmart/Sam’s Club and just a few blocks mauka of Ala Moana Center).
Amenities
The Park on Keeaumoku will feature an amenities deck which includes an infinity pool, a fitness center, co-working space, a movie theater and BBQ pavilions. The project also includes a 12-story parking garage, and commercial retail space which includes an 11,200-square-foot dining venue/food hall for visitors and residents alike.
Residences
The Park on Keeaumoku offers studio, 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units that boast: Floor-to-ceiling windows, modern energy-efficient appliances, outdoor lanai in each residential unit, pet-friendly residences, split A/C system, 24/7 on-site security, bike storage, and EV charging stations.
