Nan, Inc. was awarded a $100,025,473.00 contract as the prime contractor in September 2024 to construct the Artillery Battery Facilities at the U.S. Marine Corps Base in Guam. This project involves the construction of multiple critical facilities to support artillery operations and maintenance.

The work includes construction of a two-story artillery battery operations and maintenance facility, a one-story heavy gun storage building, a one-story automotive organizational shop, a vehicle holding shed, a vehicle wash platform, a desilt basin, a drying bed, a utility building, and a concrete pad with utility connections. Associated site work includes grading, landscaping, walkways, fencing, equipment and trash enclosures, and installation of sewer, water, electrical, and telecommunications utilities.

The estimated project completion date is March 2027. The construction of the Artillery Battery Facilities is critical to strengthening the security and operational readiness of the Pacific region and U.S. territories, supporting national defense and long-term mission capabilities.
