Nan, Inc. was awarded the Joint Consolidated Communications Center project at Joint Region Marianas, Andersen Air Force Base in Guam in August 2025. Nan, Inc. is serving as the prime contractor, with a total contract value of $211,436,801.00. The estimated project completion date is March 2030. The project includes construction of a two-story, reinforced concrete communications facility with an approximate area of 73,000 square feet. In addition, a supporting facility of approximately 3,300 square feet will be constructed to house standby generators and other critical electrical equipment.
Special features of the JC3 facility include Secured Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) spaces and the installation of copper and fiber-optic communications infrastructure connecting the JC3 to other area distribution nodes across the installation. This project is vital to Guam’s defense infrastructure and plays a critical role in supporting the mission readiness and secure communications capabilities of U.S. Joint Region Marianas at Andersen Air Force Base.
