In January 2023, Nan, Inc. was proud to complete the first major upgrade of the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) Kailua-Kona Branch, located on the Big Island of Hawaii, since its construction back in 1988. Having been providing banking and financial support services to West Hawaii for over thirty years, much-needed upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the 5,600 square foot facility were necessary. Exterior renovation work consisted of the demolition of existing building elements, improvements to the existing landscape and parking area, extensions to the building footprint and at the drive-thru, and repairs to the exterior building skin. Interior renovation involved work to upgrade banking facilities and provide new-self-service banking areas, as well as restoration work of the existing areas including customer service teller areas, restrooms, administrative offices, and employee spaces (break room, cubicles, vault, storage).
