Work included, providing flexible office space to accommodate military units with a variety of missions, widening some access ways, installation of elevators, proper signage, and ensuring restrooms are accessible. Continued use of the facility during construction was required throughout all phases of repair. Each phase was required to be designed and constructed to meet a LEED Silver rating.
