Nan, Inc. successfully renovated guest rooms and corridors located in the Ocean Tower and Pacific Tower at the existing Waikiki Reef by Outrigger. The Ocean Tower has 199 guestrooms on 9 levels. The Pacific Tower has 436 guestrooms on 16 levels. There is a total of 635 guestrooms and 25 corridors.
The scope of work generally consisted of replacement of floor finishes – carpet, LVT and floor tiles, replacement / refurbishment of interior doors, screens and plumbing fixtures, new vanities, some infill walls, repaint and new wall covering and wall tiles, new light fixtures, relocated/new power/data outlets, and installation of replacement furniture, fixtures and equipment.
