Nan, Inc. is spearheading a multi-million dollar renovation of the Hawaii Prince Hotel. Located at Ala Moana Boulevard and Holomoana Street, the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki is one of the last hotels to be built on Waikiki Beach. Its two towers feature rooms and suites all facing the Pacific Ocean. The upper floors boast the breathtaking views, especially at night when the city lights come alive
In June 2016, Nan, Inc. began renovation of all 568 room of the hotel’s Ala Moana and Diamond Head Towers. The project team upgraded room air conditioning, replaced light fixtures, bathroom fixtures and accessories, installed new carpet and wallcovering, upgraded the fire alarm system, and repainted all units and corridors.
Nan, Inc. crews completed the work on a six month tight deadline, and had to work closely with property management to minimize the impact to hotel guests.
With the room renovation project in full swing, Nan, Inc. started work on another key renovation project at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki. The 5th floor pool area has undergone a major makeover. A new infinity pool has been installed along with a new wood deck. The existing snack bar was converted to a beautiful poolside bar. Two existing guest rooms were converted into the all-new Ilima Lounge. These improvements have dramatically improved the guest experience at this signature Waikiki hotel.
