Nan, Inc. has been awarded a $53 million design-bid-build contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District to construct a 2-story, 66,400-SF Aviation Operations Building at Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF) in Oahu, Hawaii. Construction will involve both Admin and Readiness modules, mechanical equipment enclosure, electrical equipment enclosure, 91-stall parking lot, two vehicle security gates, one pedestrian gate, as well as related site, utility, and landscape improvements.
The estimated completion date for the Aviation Operations Building is October 2027.
