Work on the foundation will officially begin at The Park on Ke‘eaumoku, a new mixed-use community soon to come to the heart of Honolulu.
The construction crew is finishing up the demolition phase of the construction process, which included the demolition of existing buildings, dust control, debris separation and the hauling of materials using an excavator.
Demolition of above ground facilities has finished, and proceeded to the demolishing of existing footing and utilities which is expected to complete by the end of this week (07/01). The next phase will include the formation of The Park’s foundation and its footings, piles and new utilities.
