Nan, Inc. is honored to be 1 of 11 selected contract holders for NAVFAC Hawaii’s $8 Billion-capacity Unrestricted Design-Build (DB)/Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), supporting various projects across the State of Hawaii and Wake Island through 2033. As the only locally owned company selected, this is a tremendous milestone for our local firm — and a testament to our commitment to keeping Hawaii’s workforce employed and ensuring project dollars stay in the local economy. Task orders under this MACC will include, but are not limited to, new construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of existing infrastructure within the State of Hawaii and Wake Island. Infrastructure is defined as: 1) residential building construction; 2) construction for industrial buildings and warehouses; 3) nonresidential buildings, other than industrial buildings and warehouses; or 4) improvements such as utilities, landscaping, airfields and roadways; 5) dredging and waterfront work on piers, wharves, caissons, and dry docks; or 6) magazines and petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL).
