U.S. Navy selects Nan, Inc. to be Part of Major Pacific Region Infrastructure Contract

Nan, Inc. and its joint venture partner Caddell Construction is one of seven teams selected as a contract holder for $990 million worth of work in the Pacific Region. The selection by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC Pacific) involves multiple award construction contracts (MACC) for design-build projects primarily on Guam, but also other areas in the Pacific region.

The expected work includes constructing administrative facilities, barracks/dormitories, dining facilities, ranges, educational facilities, training facilities, roads, streets, site utilities/infrastructure, and other base development facilities. The Caddell-Nan joint venture will be bidding for these jobs individually as the Navy releases the contracts.

Projects will be funded primarily by the Government of Japan as part of an effort to relocate U.S. troops from bases in Japan to the Territory of Guam. This is the latest in a series of successful bids for the Caddell-Nan JV team. We look forward to beginning work soon.
