Single Family Housing -
Repair Kitchens & Baths, Housing Area 1100, Lots 1 and 2, Fort Shafter, Oahu, Hawaii

This project involved the renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms of 103 single family housing units at Fort Shafter. Being that the units were occupied during the renovations, this project was extremely challenging and required constant coordination and communication with all of the tenants.

The scope of work included new cabinetry, cast iron bathtubs, exhaust fans, plumbing, lighting, solid surface countertops and tub surrounds, toilet accessories, painting, sheet vinyl flooring, and coordinating the delivery of new appliances.

The success of this project resulted in a certificate of excellence, a letter of commendation from the contracting officer for outstanding performance, and a medal award.
