Repair Kitchens & Bathrooms, Housing Area 'S', Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii

This project involved the renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms of 208 single family housing units at Schofield Barracks. Being that the units were occupied during the renovations, this project was extremely challenging and required constant coordination and communication with all of the tenants.

The scope of work included new cabinetry, cast iron bathtubs, exhaust fans, plumbing, new electrical service to replace existing gas ranges, lighting, solid surface countertops, cultured marble tub surrounds, toilet accessories, painting, sheet vinyl flooring, and coordinating the delivery of new appliances.

The success of this project resulted in numerous letters of appreciation from the tenants and the Contracting Officer’s team for outstanding performance and customer service
