This project consisted of replacing eight passenger-loading bridges at the Central Concourse of the Honolulu International Airport. The challenges of this project included working around the schedules of the airport and the various airlines, ensuring that the jobsite (airfield) was clean and without any potential flying debris during and after work hours, and coordinating high security access and deliveries. To minimize the down-time of the various airport gates, additional project controls were implemented to execute the work and deliver the project ahead of schedule.
