This project involved the design and construction of tot lots in various Navy housing locations. Each tot lot was to be designed around a specific age group with the appropriate playground equipment to match. Safety played the greatest factor during design; which determined the equipment types, fall zones, and the thickness of the rubber surfaces.

The work scope included excavation, grading, concrete footings and slabs, rubber cushioned play surfaces, playground equipment, irrigation, and landscaping.
