Multi-Family Housing -
Modernize BEQ Building. 1506, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii

This project involved the modernization of Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Building 1506. Construction work involved replacement of doors, windows, ceilings, floor tiles, and wall coverings, removal and disposal of asbestos containing floor tiles in all bathrooms, lead paint removal, PCB and mercury-containing lamp removal, ionization smoke detector removal, hot water & pipe insulation, and installation of card reader door locks.

Additional work included: new roofing, replacement of gutters and downspouts, architectural enhancement, exterior finish system (EFS), landscape, sewer line replacement, and irrigation. Mechanical work included furnishing and installing a central air conditioning system with DDC controls and a fire sprinkler system.
