This project consists of the new construction of a complete multi-functional facility, which includes two high-rise barracks buildings (1 five (5) story & 1 six (6) story), two battalion’s headquarter buildings, a brigade headquarters building, and a central chiller plant. Features include electrical service, fire protection and fire alarm systems, mass notification systems, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, and telecom with high security information systems (SIPRNET).

All construction is to be in conformance with all current building and military standards including Anti-Terrorist/Force Protection (AT/FP) and current seismic requirements.
