Multi-Purpose Facilities -
Upgrade to the Maui Reserve Center, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii

Contract Value: $1.9 Million
Client: Department of the Navy

This high profile project included renovating and adding extensions to the buildings at the Army Reserve Center in Wailuku, Maui. The scope included foundation work, CMU structures with structural steel, modified bit roofing, new doors and windows, mechanical and plumbing work, electrical work including the relocation of an existing transformer, new VCT flooring, gypsum board, and ceramic tile.

This renewed facility was dedicated to Private 1st Class Kaaru Moto, who fought in World War II as a member of the 100th infantry Battalion, and who also received the military’s highest award of the medal of honor.
