This high profile project includes all design and construction of the waterfront facility in the existing historic buildings 67/67A/67B for ship maintenance work at the Bravo 2 pier, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Work included the demolition of Building 1470 and existing trailers and shacks; abatement of areas contaminated with falling lead paint chips; removal of contaminated stored water containing cyanide, lead, chromium, and other hazardous contaminates; office renovations; and the installation of utilities for the relocation of shop equipment resulting from consolidation.

The success of this project resulted in a letter of appreciation from the customer for outstanding performance
