This project included the construction of the new Regional Training Institute for the Hawaii Army National Guard. The scope of work included new construction of seven (7) buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet, including new access roads, parking lots, and a parade field. The buildings included two 2-story Billets (dormitories) with 76 double occupancy units, and five 1-story structures consisting of a Fitness Center/Laundry Facility, an Auditorium, a Mess Hall, Administration Facilities, and a Classroom Building.

The success of this project resulted in a letter of appreciation from the Facility Management Officer commending Nan, Inc.’s outstanding performance.
