in Hawaii and the Pacific Region
Contract Value: $8 Million
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
The work under this indefinite-quantity contract included,
but was not limited to, providing all labor, transportation,
materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish
various repairs, alterations, construction, and demolition
work to facilities under Government agencies on Oahu, Guam,
and the Pacific Rim using predetermined pricing of the Honolulu
Engineer District (HED) Job Order Contract (JOC) Unit Price
Book (UPB). Under this contract, the Government issued task
orders for all various types of projects.
The success of this contract resulted in a letter of appreciation
from the Chief of the Contracting Division commending Nan,
Inc.’s outstanding performance. Nan, Inc. also had received
letters and awards for individual task orders for excellence.
