This contract involves repair and alteration projects for postal facilities in the Pacific Facilities Service Office for the
State of Hawaii. Work that is involved within the scope of this Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract include minor alterations, repairs, improvements, and maintenance in U. S. Postal Service owned and/or leased facilities.

Interior work includes: painting; installing stud/gypsum board walls, installing lockboxes, relocating HVAC ducts or electrical outlets, plaster repairs, wood refinishing, and floor replacement. Exterior work includes: asphalt/concrete paving, installing sidewalk, curbs or gutters, excavation, waterproofing, roofing, decking, exterior painting, security fencing, and landscaping.
